Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Please do not include unnecessary identity documents, bank information, health information or other sensitive information in a general website enquiry.
We use personal information to respond to requests; arrange calls and viewings; provide residential, commercial, off-plan, property-management and advisory services; match enquiries with suitable opportunities; manage client relationships; assess job applications; operate and secure the website; establish or defend legal rights; and comply with licensing, regulatory, tax, sanctions and anti-money-laundering obligations.
We process information with your consent, where it is necessary to take requested steps or provide services, where the law requires it, and in other circumstances permitted by applicable UAE data-protection law.
Application information, including an uploaded CV, is used to assess your suitability, communicate about the role, arrange interviews, verify information where appropriate and maintain recruitment records. Access is restricted to people involved in recruitment and authorised service providers.
Our careers application form is provided by Tally BV, a form-service provider established in Belgium. Information submitted through that form, including your answers and uploaded CV, is transmitted to and stored by Tally on our behalf. Tally acts as our data processor, not as the owner or independent user of your application information, and may use authorised subprocessors to provide and secure its service.
Unsuccessful applications are normally deleted six months after the relevant process ends. If you separately choose to join our talent pool, we may retain your application for up to twelve months to consider you for other suitable roles. Successful applicants' information becomes part of the employee record and is handled under the applicable employment privacy and retention arrangements.
We currently review and delete recruitment submissions in Tally manually in line with these periods. When a submission is deleted from Tally, it may remain recoverable in Tally's trash for up to 90 days before permanent deletion. We may retain a limited record for longer where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We may share information only where reasonably necessary with authorised employees and consultants; property owners, developers, landlords, buyers, sellers and transaction counterparties; technology, hosting, email, secure storage, recruitment and form-processing providers, including Tally for careers applications; professional advisers; and regulators, courts, law-enforcement or public authorities where required.
We do not sell personal information. Service providers may use information only to provide their contracted services and must protect it appropriately.
Some technology or communications providers may process information outside the UAE. In particular, careers application information submitted through Tally is processed using services operated from Europe and may also be handled by Tally's authorised subprocessors. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, organisational and technical safeguards and to meet applicable UAE requirements for cross-border transfers.
General enquiries that do not become client matters are normally retained for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful contact. Recruitment periods and the additional Tally trash period are described above. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw them, together with the minimum record needed to respect an opt-out.
Client, transaction, accounting, dispute and compliance information may be kept longer where required by law or reasonably necessary. Applicable real-estate anti-money-laundering records may be retained for at least five years.
We do not currently use website analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural advertising cookies. The website and its hosting provider may use essential technical storage needed for security, network delivery and core website functions.
If we later introduce analytics, advertising technology or an embedded tracking service, we will update this policy and provide an appropriate consent choice before non-essential technology is activated.
Submitting an enquiry allows us to reply using your selected contact method. It does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing. We will seek a separate choice before sending optional property news or promotional communications where consent is required. You may opt out at any time using the contact details below.
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures designed to prevent unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. These include access restrictions, secure transmission, appropriate authentication and controlled service providers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for information about our processing, request access or a copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction, object to or stop certain processing, withdraw consent and raise a complaint. Some requests may be limited where retention or processing is required by law, regulation, contract or legal claims.

Our services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect children's information through this website. Links to external websites or services are governed by their own privacy practices.
