The Vision Behind entourage.

Dubai insight, shaped by experience and relationships.

Raised in Dubai, Carl Antonio Dsouza has spent 15 years in residential and commercial real estate. He founded and led a property management company and built commercial divisions from the ground up at two leading Dubai firms.

For Carl, good service starts with a team that listens, understands each client’s priorities and takes responsibility for its advice. His leadership combines market knowledge, integrity and teamwork to give clients clear guidance and consistent support throughout their property journey.

That philosophy became the foundation for entourage. It is a real estate agency where consultants are supported, relationships come before transactions and collaboration matters as much as performance.

Away from the office, Carl channels his competitive nature into endurance and discipline. He completed the Marathon des Sables across the Sahara and believes consistency drives progress. Beyond training and the occasional round of golf, he values unhurried time with his wife and their two dogs, Pepper and Coco.

That commitment to continuous progress also shapes how Carl leads. Through Strategic Coach, he embraced the principle Who, Not How: surround yourself with exceptional people, empower them and succeed together.
